Growing to around 1-2m high and 1m high, the Little Dugald is a shrub with bright green foliage that flowers all year round. Flowers are a vibrant red bottle brush style, which flower from the end of spring through to the end of summer.
Perfect for hedging and its dense foliage is an attraction for small native birds. Able to withstand frost, wind and salty conditions making it ideal for coastal spots.
Once established, this hardy, striking hedge can withstand drought flourishing in full sun or part shade. It will benefit from a light pruning and a slow release fertilizer at the start of spring.
