The most common variety of Strelitzia with its stunning orange and blue flower. A clumping style plant that will spread to fit your garden. Fairly low maintenance if you remove dead flowers and leaves.
Great for rockeries and garden bed fillers, low maintenance to keep alive but takes a bit of cleaning as far as removing old leaves and flowers to make it look as pretty as it potentially can. Also can take a well lit place indoors.
Looks it best when planted in part shade, can handle most soil types and doesn't mind being over crowded.
