Liriope evergreen giant is a great edging choice or for underplanting around trees. This is a pretty evergreen grass with green strappy leaves. Handles part sun as well a full sun can take a light fertiliser application in the winter. In spring and summer this plant produces purple bell shaped flowers on upright stalks, followed by dark blue berries, a gardener's dream plant for mass planting.
